I had some brake issues today on the way to visit friends in Cullman. Upon recommendation I brought my car to Graves for diagnostic. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and had great communication. The owner checked out my vehicle and found it was an ABS sensor issue, but brakes looked fine. Since I was only in Cullman for the afternoon, I was able to drive home with peace of mind. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Excellent experience in every way! Out of state, retired female, alone. From the time Dawson, the tow truck operator contacted me, to the time Steven registered me for repairs to the time Peyton guided me through any issues, I felt protected, respected and safe. Everything about this experience was wonderful! Wish Graves Auto Service and their staff were in my state! A very good experience!!! The service was exceptional because t what impressed me the most was the Service desk texting me afterwards to make sure everything was still working properly and then checked on me again a week later. You just don’t find that amount of caring for their customers anymore. So yes, I would highly recommend Graves Auto Service in Cullman, AL. Also check their pricing compared to a dealerships, you will be blown away.

Graves has been handling six of my privately owned vehicles, all at various lifecycles of their use. All vehicles are integral to managing my small 80 acre farm, as well as getting my wife and I to/from work. As such, I'm comfortable in partnering with Graves to handle simple, to EXTREMELY complex repairs— I view Graves as my NASCAR pit crew—they handle my routine oil changes, truck differential issues, 4x4 issues, brakes, transmission, etc.—our vehicles work as hard as we do. Over my academic and professional career, I've always been intrigued by what an organization does to succeed—the secret sauce so to speak. There are basic core pillars that one can Google which have been regurgitated ad nauseam by analysts, know-it-alls, plagiarists, etc. Graves far exceeds those basic standards on the daily (IMO). Moreover, what has set this organization apart in gaining my trust follows: 1. When a customer enters the facility, ALL are met with courtesy, respect, and an attentive ear by one of the employees managing the reception desk (3 Good Dudes)—the reception desk is organized, the employees professional in demeanor and presentation; 2.
